Born in the Netherlands, Pieter Verduijn is a multilingual educator with 14 years of work experience in the Dutch, Aruban and American education system. His colleagues refer to him as the “Jack of all trades” as he combines his talents in creating and implementing STEAM lessons in his makerspace for each student’s interests from 4th to 12th grade. Pieter Verduijn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education and Behavioral Sciences as well as an extensive 3D printed Star Wars collection.

Theresa Montenarello began her journey as an international educator in Peace Corps Thailand, where her interest in cultivating "world citizens" was peaked. Ms. Montenarello continued her journey at the International School of Aruba where she has taught both secondary mathematics and third grade incorporating hands-on, collaborative experiences. Ms. Montenarello holds a Master's of Education in STEAM and a Bachelor's of Science in Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
